Договор о строительстве в Борисполе терминала "D" подпишут в пятницу

В пятницу, 26 сентября, будет подписано соглашение между Государственным международным аэропортом "Борисполь" и турецкой компанией "Догуш" по строительству международного терминала "D".

Об этом сегодня журналистам сообщил заместитель Министра транспорта и связи Украины Александр Давыдов.

Как передает корреспондент ЛІГАБізнесІнформ, А.Давыдов отметил, что строительство терминала начнется уже в этом году. Сроки строительства будут известны позже, после заключения контракта.

А.Давыдов также подчеркнул, что компания намерена реализовать проект как можно раньше, потому что "каждый день, каждый час (без нового терминала, - ред.) - это - убытки для аэропорта".

Напомним, победителем тендера на строительство терминала в аэропорту "Борисполь" стала турецкая компания "Догуш Иншаат". Предполагается, что "Догуш Иншаат" построит новый терминал "D" за 26 месяцев.

Застройщики превратили дом несговорчивого владельца в остров

Китайская девелоперская компания превратила дом несговорчивого владельца в остров после того, как хозяин отказался уступить ей место под новую застройку. Теперь стараниями компании один из домов в городе Чуньцин одиноко возвышается на "острове" посреди вырытой ямы 10-метровой глубины.

Компания Chongqing Zhengsheng Real Estate выкупала площади под застройку для создания "Бродвея" с жилыми апартаментами и огромным торгово-развлекательным комплексом стоимостью порядка 80 млн долларов.

Все шло по намеченному плану до тех пор, пока один из владельцев недвижимости, находящейся на территории под застройку, не занял принципиальную позицию – "либо вы платите мою цену, либо я остаюсь на месте до конца света". А оценил свой дом китаец в 20 млн юаней (порядка 2,5 млн долларов).

Длительные переговоры ни к чему не привели. "Владелец дома отказывается от сделки, - рассказала представительница застройщика. - Поэтому компании пришлось рыть котлованы вокруг, чтобы как-то подстегнуть его".
